Consumer data carries the rules now
The Oregon Consumer Privacy Act took effect in 2024 and a brand selling nationally answers to California's as well. A system that can say what it holds about a person, delete it on request and prove both is cheaper to build than to retrofit, and that is a data model decision rather than a policy page.
None of that is unusual for Portland, and none of it is a reason to build slowly. It is a reason to decide where the evidence comes from before the first handler is written, because the alternative is reconstructing it later from logs that were not designed to answer the question.

Do you work with Portland companies?
Yes, and with companies across the United States. Arizona does not observe daylight saving, so from March to November we are on the same clock as you and from November to March we are an hour ahead. Either way the working day overlaps almost completely.
Do you have an office in Portland?
The office is in Gilbert, Arizona, with teams in Amsterdam, Dnipro and Hyderabad. Delivery is remote or hybrid, and we travel for discovery, workshops and the opening weeks of a build.
Can you build a consumer platform that satisfies state privacy laws?
Yes, by making the data model answer the questions the laws ask: what we hold about a person, where it came from, who has read it, and how it is deleted.
Access resolves at read time through the catalogue, the event trail shows every use, and a deletion request is a workflow that finishes. Your counsel defines the obligation and we build the system that meets it.
