Integration is where the risk sits
A headquarters estate is a decade of acquisitions and the seams between them. Most of the failures we are called into are integration failures, and the governance question is usually which system is allowed to write.
None of that is unusual for Dallas, and none of it is a reason to build slowly. It is a reason to decide where the evidence comes from before the first handler is written, because the alternative is reconstructing it later from logs that were not designed to answer the question.

Databricks consulting in Dallas: common questions
Do you work with Dallas companies?
Yes, and with companies across the United States. Arizona does not observe daylight saving, so we are one hour behind you from November to March and two hours behind from March to November. A morning standup on your clock is still early afternoon on ours.
Do you have an office in Dallas?
The office is in Gilbert, Arizona, with teams in Amsterdam, Dnipro and Hyderabad. Delivery is remote or hybrid, and we travel for discovery, workshops and the opening weeks of a build.
We have systems from four acquisitions. Can you work with that?
That is most of what the work is. The first question is which system is allowed to write, because an estate with several answers to that is an estate that disagrees with itself. We would rather read what exists and tell you honestly what is worth keeping.
What makes you an award-winning Databricks engineering team?
In September 2026 Prove It, an app built by TechFabric engineer Ivan Vydrin, was named a winner in the Creativity & Originality track of the Databricks Community Genie-Powered App Challenge, placing second worldwide in a contest Databricks ran and judged. The announcement is on community.databricks.com and the code is public.
What level of Databricks partner are you?
TechFabric is a Databricks partner. We don't publish a tier, because tiers measure commercial relationship as much as engineering depth, and we would rather be judged on the bench and the work.
