Most of what gets brought to us is a system somebody else already depends on: a platform other teams build against, a process that must not half-complete, an AI pilot that now has to survive real traffic. TechFabric's senior engineers build and fix those systems for companies across Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa and Chandler, and stay on them after launch.

Arizona AI & Emerging Technology holds practitioner talks on agents at 1951@SkySong in Scottsdale each month. In Tempe, DATAPHX has its monthly Tacos+Tech evening and Phoenix ReactJS meets at The Crown Room, while Phoenix JavaScript runs workshops at HeatSync Labs in downtown Mesa and the Web Design & Development round table meets at Desert Ridge. Arizona State teaches software engineering and data science on its Tempe campus.
We organise two of the groups below, the Gilbert Databricks User Group and the Phoenix Data & AI network, and both meet at EZ Spaces in Gilbert. We don't run any of the others.

What does TechFabric build?
Data platforms and AI systems on Databricks first, where 80 of our engineers are certified, then the web and mobile applications, APIs and durable workflows around them.
The work we are strongest at is the sort that has to be governed and auditable, where a wrong write is expensive and somebody has to be able to explain afterwards what changed and why.
Do you have the depth for a large build?
115+ engineers across four offices, average fifteen years of production experience each, with 80 holding Databricks certifications. We have run multi-year platform builds and we have also taken a single stuck workload and shipped it. The honest answer on size is that we would rather tell you a piece of work is too large for us than staff it thinly.
Can we meet in person?
Yes. The office is at 1530 E Williams Field Rd, Ste 201, Gilbert, AZ 85295, and you are welcome in it. Discovery, workshops and the opening weeks of a build usually go better in a room, and most of the metro is a short drive.
What if we already have engineers?
That is the common case. Usually the ask is the piece that keeps slipping because the team is committed elsewhere, and we work inside your repository and your workspace so nothing has to be handed back.
That can be one engineer on the roadmap your team already owns, or a small team with a lead who owns the outcome. Say which at the first call and we staff it that way.
How does an engagement start?
With something short and fixed, so the cost is known before you commit. That is usually a two-week assessment ending in a written plan you own whether or not you carry on with us.
