A back-office process has to finish, and prove it did
Tampa Bay carries more financial back office than its skyline suggests. Most automation there starts with a bot clicking through old screens, which is quick and records nothing an auditor can follow. We'd model the process as a durable workflow instead, so each step is written down as it happens, a two-day wait for a signature is a state rather than a lost thread, and a restart resumes the case where it stopped.
