Every acquisition brought its own customer
Dallas-Fort Worth is where large companies put a headquarters, Toyota's North American one in Plano and McKesson's in Irving among them, and a headquarters estate is rarely one system. It's a decade of acquisitions and reorganisations, each bringing a CRM, a billing platform or a warehouse with its own idea of a customer. In our view the risk sits in the seams, where a failure is usually an integration failure under another name.
The common response is another integration layer that copies data in every direction and hopes the copies agree. They won't. We'd settle one question before writing code, which system is allowed to write each record, and have every other system read from it or subscribe to its changes. An estate with two writers for the same customer is an estate that disagrees with itself.
We'd draw every system that touches the customer and the order, who writes to each, and where the copies diverge today, measured on real records instead of guessed at. That map then decides what gets retired, what gets wrapped behind an API, and which single piece we'd build first.

Orders processed rose 100% and accounts grew 29% after LOSExpress, SWBC's lending platform for credit unions, was rebuilt from the user experience and design system through to the front-end architecture. Loan officers spent half as long on each order, the measure a bank or insurer running a lending platform for many institutions would judge its own by.

SWBC
Credit union loan officers quote and book vehicle protection in SWBC's LOSExpress alongside a member's auto loan, but quoting was slow and new staff took too long to learn it. After gathering feedback from SWBC's staff and customers, our engineers and designers rebuilt one of its modules as a single-page application on a new design system. Orders processed doubled, and each loan officer now spends half as long on an order.

Do you work with Dallas companies?
Yes, and with companies across the United States. Arizona does not observe daylight saving, so we are one hour behind you from November to March and two hours behind from March to November. A morning standup on your clock is still early afternoon on ours.
Do you have an office in Dallas?
The office is in Gilbert, Arizona, with teams in Amsterdam, Dnipro and Hyderabad. Delivery is remote or hybrid, and we travel for discovery, workshops and the opening weeks of a build.
We have systems from four acquisitions. Can you work with that?
