Business Central and CRM are what we implement, and they fit most companies up to a few hundred users with a warehouse, a sales team and a finance team. If your estate genuinely needs Finance & Operations we'll say so, and we're still useful on the reporting, the integrations and the AI work around it.
Can you take over an existing Dynamics estate?
Yes, starting with the assessment. Two to three weeks, ending in a recommendation you can act on, whether that's us continuing, a specialist alongside us, or a smaller first piece to prove the working relationship.
How long does a Business Central implementation take?
Nobody can tell you honestly before the assessment, and a firm that quotes a go-live date on the first call is guessing. What we can fix is the assessment itself, and it comes back with a sequence and a number you can take to a board.
