What we have built
Production systems, running for real clients.
For companies whose roadmap outgrew their team, our engineers moved reporting and operational databases onto Databricks, put AI agents into production with a person approving what matters, and built the lending, ERP and warehouse software clients run every day.

Migrations to Databricks
Reporting and operational databases moved off Synapse, SQL Server and Cosmos DB, cut over in waves that could be rolled back.
Automotive / FintechLocation Services: Synapse and SQL Server onto Databricks
Location Services' repossession platform automates assignment intake, so fewer people handle each case, and our engineers built it with the company's own technology team. When it was time to leave Synapse and SQL Server, we moved it onto Databricks in waves that could each be rolled back, and the rules engine that checks every assignment came through unchanged.
B2B ecommerceTotalLoop: Cosmos DB and SQL Server onto Lakebase
TotalLoop finds a dealership's customers with equity in their vehicle and matches them to cars on the lot. DealerIQ brought the idea and the dealership know-how, and our senior engineers worked inside its team to build it on Azure, test it with one dealer account and ship a lean first version. Later we moved it off Cosmos DB and SQL Server onto Databricks Lakebase, in waves that could each be rolled back.
AI systems and agents
Context, memory and governed agents running on Unity Catalog, Mosaic AI and Databricks Apps.
The AI system that turned ten-person teams into three
Your project's quality shouldn't depend on which engineer is on it. Our engineers work inside Fabric, an AI system with more than fifty agents that remember each client project's context, and across our clients it's why delivery work that took a team of ten now takes three.

Building Canvass for account research and campaign review
An application on Cloudflare that researches accounts and prepares outbound campaigns for Canvass's clients, where one bad email costs a prospect. A person approves every send, a run that dies halfway can't message a contact twice, and each email is checked again the moment it goes out.

The auto loan lifecycle, run by governed agents
Origination and refinance steps that slow a deal down, such as credit pulls, VIN decode, deal structuring, stipulations and payoff quotes, run by agents in the lender's own environment. It came out of years of origination and refinance work for lenders and dealer groups. It connects to DealerTrack, RouteOne and CDK, and every action is checked against policy and recorded for the examiner.
Leadership reporting for a plant in its first year
A new plant's leaders couldn't say how far they were from nameplate, or how much work sat in the yard, without exporting from four systems and matching supplier names by hand. Our senior engineers built them one Databricks platform on sample data before go-live, joining Business Central with the plant floor, the lab and market prices, with nine dashboards leaders can question in plain English. It goes live inside ten weeks.
AI design and quoting platform for a pool and landscaping distributor
We built a prototype that turns a backyard photo into a priced pool render, and designed the platform on the distributor's Adobe Commerce site and Okta.
Platforms, products and operations
Custom software across lending, logistics, manufacturing and supply chain, on the stacks those systems run on.
A sports platform that streams the game and explains the audience
BZZR needed one platform for live games, creator video and podcasts, with analytics on Databricks that tell a club who actually watched, and our senior engineers built it through to production. When the Texas Rangers moved their streaming to it part-way through the 2026 season, existing subscribers came across without signing up again.
SWBC doubles orders processed on a rebuilt LOSExpress
Credit union loan officers quote and book vehicle protection in SWBC's LOSExpress alongside a member's auto loan, but quoting was slow and new staff took too long to learn it. After gathering feedback from SWBC's staff and customers, our engineers and designers rebuilt one of its modules as a single-page application on a new design system. Orders processed doubled, and each loan officer now spends half as long on an order.
Auto-refinance company doubles loans processed without adding agents
Auto Approve's loan agents were copying every refinance request by hand between the CRM, lender sites and Excel, a process that took two to three days. Our senior engineers worked hand in glove with Auto Approve's own IT staff to build the approval engine that automates it, and the company doubled the loans it processes each month without hiring more agents.
Big data projects, orchestrated with Temporal
Athlinks had more than 400 million athlete records from sources that never agreed on who an athlete was, and a matching run that died halfway through couldn't just start again. Our engineers took the project from prototype to production as a serverless pipeline on AWS with Temporal holding the state. Failed steps now retry on their own, failures reach Slack as they happen, and the matching rules are tuned for each tier.
Automotive / FintechMitigating risk in vehicle repossession with durable execution
A wrongful repossession, and the penalty that follows, can start with one API call nobody saw fail. Location Services' software sometimes didn't tell a vendor an assignment was closed, and nothing retried the call. Our senior engineers rebuilt that process as a durable workflow on Temporal and put it into production, so every close retries on its own, alerts the operations team when retries run out, and keeps a full history.
Automotive / FintechModernizing an auto refi platform: iLending's Phoenix app
iLending's new loan application had stalled with another developer, running late, over budget and short of features, while call center agents kept turning refinance leads into loans by hand. TechFabric's engineers picked the project up, reviewed what had been built, and rebuilt the app day to day alongside iLending's own developers, automating lead and loan officer assignment, rate sheets and stipulation documents. Manual errors dropped and new agents got productive faster.
Funko doubles operational efficiency across the warehouse
Funko consolidated its distribution into one Arizona warehouse and needed the system running it to keep up. Our engineers went on-site and sat with the warehouse and operations teams, extended the module Funko already had instead of starting over, and the warehouse doubled its operational efficiency.
B2B ecommerceAmTab cuts order turnaround with a store wired into the ERP
AmTab, a table manufacturer, had orders moving between departments on paper while demand climbed. Senior engineers from TechFabric worked through those manual steps with AmTab's own people first, then connected the amtab.com store, the CRM and Business Central, so an order placed online reaches the ERP that invoices it without anyone retyping it.
Manufacturing & distributionUX is the cornerstone of successful everything
A parts manufacturer's sales team kept hearing that customers couldn't find the part they wanted among many thousands. Our senior engineers and designers joined its team and rebuilt the product database, search filtering and navigation inside the WordPress site it wanted to keep. Inbound B2B leads rose 145% in the first month. Companies with more work than engineers bring us in for exactly this.
Digitizing quality documentation across the supply chain
Aerospace distributors were scrapping good parts because the certificates proving what they were got lost in email attachments. With Aramid, our senior engineers built SmartCert on Azure and took it into production. A QR code on each package opens the documents for that exact shipment, and links to Epicor Prophet 21 and Dynamics 365 Business Central mean nobody retypes a certificate. Since launch, none have been lost.
AZP Multifamily: buy-again recommendations and dashboards from one warehouse
AZP Multifamily, a family-owned supplier, had its sales and marketing data in separate systems beside its ERP, and no engineers of its own to join them up. Our senior engineers joined its team, tuned Epicor Prophet 21 and built a prototype that brought the analytical data together. That grew into a Snowflake warehouse on Azure with machine learning and MLOps beside it, Power BI dashboards for executives, sales and marketing, and a "buy again" feature for each property.
The intersection of strategy and solutioning: an automotive logistics OMS
Order management for automotive logistics, designed alongside the operators who run it daily.
