About The Project

Reindeer Logistics, known for their expertise in automotive relocations and freight transportation, had a unique challenge. The newer Fleet program was growing faster than expected and managing it with existing systems and teams was reaching its limits. They partnered with TechFabric for the development of a new Order Management System (OMS) to meet their evolving needs.

To do this correctly and achieve the right outcomes, a traditional development team would not cut it. This would take a specialized approach and focused strategy to not only deliver a feature-rich platform, but more importantly to define, optimize, and automate new processes regardless of how early-stage the new service offering was.
